Mission Statement: The mission of RSM Storm Soccer Club is CLUB – COMMUNITY – PLAYER DEVELOPMENT by providing local players and their families the highest quality of leadership through the club’s administration, while nourishing and developing each player individually by exposing them to the highest quality technical staff, providing an individual approach within a collective team atmosphere.
 
What is RSM Storm Soccer Club? RSM Storm is about providing a CLUB – COMMUNITY – PLAYER DEVELOPMENT atmosphere where youth players participating in organized competitive soccer within surrounding South Orange County communities.  These youth athletes can reach for their greater potential. RSM Storm is the exclusive competitive club within the Saddleback Valley and has created a vision for a more competitive and structured program where youth players can develop, while working along side a successful and motivated club administration - technical staff.  RSM Storm is a community based club where our local partners, participating players and families have an impact in the day to day development of their children as soccer players. The RSM Storm staff of professionals allow purpose, preparation, perception, progression and + attitude to drive it's members to reach their greatest potential. RSM Storm's player development will provide each player an opportunity to be developed within the game, athletically and mentally to create ongoing development both in the short term and for years to come. RSM Storm’s club, community and player development vision leads us to operate as ONE, with ONE goal and ONE success collectively and individually as we truly believe success now leads to future success later in soccer and in life…
 
CLUB SUCCESSES in 2008:
The collective merger of RSMSC and SC Storm Soccer Clubs, will allow for a more quality and competitive youth organization and reaches the tip of each end of the Saddleback Valley allowing an exclusive atmosphere with a community approach...
 
The competitive nature grows with the combination of the two clubs 5 tournament championships were acheived, a winning record within both 07' CSL league cup with 8/12 participating teams advancing to the second round, a winning record in the 08' state/national cup tournament with 3/5 younger programs advancing to the round of 32...
 
With the growth to 18 competitve teams in 08' this will be an annual growth for both organizations but 14/18 teams will be combined therefore the quality of each and every group will provide the ultimate opportunity to succeed on the field...

(all coaches will posses professional/collegiate playing experience, have combinded coaching experience at the professional, national team, collegiate, high school and youth levels all coaches hold a USSF National D or higher, with 6 coaches with USSF national coaching diplomas.)
